In this role you will oversee Community Management, Customer Support and Mailing teams. You will work closely with Marketing product teams in order to analyse, animate, federate, and retain the community of players around Kobojo's games in accordance with the Company's strategy while ensuring rules of good conduct are respected within the Community.
As Senior Community and CRM Manager you will:
- Manage a team of three people
- Establish the Community Management editorial strategy in agreement with the Marketing Director
- Oversee Community, Customer Support & Mailing activities
Profil du candidat
Required skills
- BA/BS Marketing and/or Communication degree with, at least 3 years of experience as Community Manager in the gaming, social media, or consumer internet sectors
- English mother tongue or fluent
- Good practice of web, mailing and computer based tools
- Be passionate about gaming, social media and web technologies
- Have a Creative mindset, as well as outstanding written and oral communication skills
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Reactive and proactive
Are a plus
- Team Management experience
- Good level of French
- HTML /CSS / PHP & Photoshop skills
